Thanks for the Reminder, Coke!!

Sometimes when I watch the news I'm convinced we live in a world full of crazy, mean and lazy people. But my day was brightened a little bit when I watched this social experiment conducted by Coca Cola.

Apparently, there was a huge soccer match in Portugal recently and tickets were really expensive--not to mention the most coveted item in town. However, when Coke left a wallet with $200 cash (enough to pay for a ticket) and a ticket for the game in it lying out on the ground, 95% of the people who saw it tried to figure out who it belonged to and turned it in without taking a thing.

As a reward for their honesty, Coke gave a free ticket to every person who turned in the wallet. During the game, fans gave these people a standing ovation when the tape was played showing

Goodness and honesty still exists among the majority of people, regardless of what the news tells us.
Thanks, Coca Cola, for reminding us of this!

Love this! I believe people are genuinely good - it's a few bad seeds that spoil the bunch.
